Passenger Transport Specialization Mission can't complete if catering or baggage fail

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Passenger Transport specialization mission won’t let you load baggage or catering, with these steps incomplete the mission goals does not pass preflight, calling ground services through ATC panel resets mission goals, but if you’ve already requested IFR clearance from the original loop you now can’t pass this mission goal objective.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue? No mods or addons used

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Seems intermittent, first time I got this specialization I had no problems, then it happened, in flight reset didn’t fix, returned to menu and loaded flight again and it worked.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Start Passenger Transport Specialization
  2. Proceed through mission goals to baggage and catering loading
  3. If they are unable to complete, mission goals will get stuck, forced to skip to taxi, or if attempting to retry after getting IFR clearance, can’t pass through the second request IFR clearance.

• Same. When requesting baggage, the ground crew says “We don’t know where the baggage is” when requesting catering truck, they say “we can’t send your catering truck, please try again later”. No further tries solves it, they just keep repeating these. I mean whoever programmed in these answers, especially for the baggage had quite a humor. How they don’t know where the baggage is? I mean its a sim but why would you simulate lost baggage like ever. Also after 10 min they seem like they will never find it.

• Both the baggage and catering fail in the initial qualification mission “we don’t know where the baggage is” and “we can’t send the catering truck now - try again later”. This makes it impossible to start the mission as if you try skip to taxi it fails as the pre-departure steps are not complete.
