Passing through waypoints is not being detected

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?

No

Have you disabled/removed all your mods and addons?

Yes

Brief description of the issue:

I use the in-sim waypoint system keep track of where I am flying. There is a bug where my plane flights right through the waypoint but it doesn’t detect that I have passed through it. When this glitch happens, there is no way for me to request vector to next waypoint. Even if I use AI pilot assist to correct this, the AI will just keep flying in circles because no matter what, the waypoint isn’t triggering.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Create a flight plan, take off with waypoints on. Follow the path exactly and one of you might be able to recreate this. Previously, if I got within 2 - 3 miles of the waypoint (doesn’t matter what altitude) following the flight plan, it would register and move to the next waypoint. It doesn’t for some reason. This happened with a flight plan I created from KSFO to KLAX and a flight plan from KSEA to KSFO. The planes I used were the A320neo and the Antonov AN-225.

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:
