Patch #5 sim handling

The Cessna handling in the air is much improved!
Elevator and Trim in particular.
C152/172 - I took out any curves I had in the stick and Rudder movement. Reset to 0/0.
The yoke movement matches my Honeycomb Alpha and feels more natural with the aircraft having the weight of control movement.

My FPS Took a hit on the ground and low (up to 3k).
Went from 70’s to 35/40’s in FPS.
In the air, similar drop though increase with altitude to the high 50’s.
previously I was getting 80’s to 90’s at 8-10k in altitude.

Additional tuning of parameters and added overclocking have helped.
The RDRThread jumped way up in MS and the GPU went from green to yellow.
Additional clocking on the CPU (i7-8700K to 4.9 from 4.8) and GPU (3080 FTW3 Ultra to GPU +140/Mem +200) gave me back some FPS but not to what I had prior to the update.

This could also be that whatever changes were made to the render pipeline added to the stress of my CPU being a bottleneck for the 3080 GPU.
