They say patience is a virtue and it’s true. My pc started to finally update for SUP6. It’s been downloading for the last several minutes, after trying for half the evening to download.
Just be patient, folks!

Thanks for that. Did you just leave the update page to automatically connect when it could or did you manually check and start until it worked?

Yes, I left the update page to automatically start up, and it’s been continuously downloading since. Got about 3 gigs downloaded already!

Thanks for that. I live in OZ and we will probably be the last server to get looked at. I wish I could change the server manually outside of the game? Maybe there is a file that has the IP address that could be edited???

Hopefully yours will start like mine. Just be sure to leave the update page to automatically start, and it should happen for you.

I have to close the program and restart it. I get about 3 to 5% each time. It never continues otherwise.

It’ll start, trust me. I didn’t do anything special, I just waited, and I’m not a computer savvy guy by any means.
As ThomasFly17 said…just leave it and it will start…
It will fail with the usual message about connection…press ok and leave it on that screen…after a few mins…it continues…

So I think I was one of the lucky guys that could download the update before the servers went down.

Yeah, I agree. It seems there was a group of people who were able to get it right before the big crash. Maybe location and your timing had something to do with it. For example, I live on the west coast of the US. I think I just wasn’t early enough. Glad you had no problems, though.
