These look like Cargo - Light missions. The payout is actually pretty good for these. You’ll want to work your way up to better aircraft with better certifications, such as the Cessna 208B Caravan, Cessna 408 Skycourier, Pilatus PC-12 NGX and the Pilatus PC-24. Unlocking those aircraft gets you to Cargo - Medium missions where you can earn up to 1.6M per flight.
For the moment, Cargo - Heavy and Cargo - Super Heavy are not yet available but should be coming relatively soon, possibly with SU2, along with even higher payouts.

yeah too bad those planes cost so much money
which i dont have atm because payouts are so low
