Payware Bell47G By FlyInside Available now

Yeah, even with default aircraft it’s pretty inconsistent.

I can only imagine there’s some combination of engine state, aircraft state, and parking location that sometimes align properly and ends the flight, and other times they don’t.

with the others , i never had a flight that ended when my gear touched the runway , in this case , as soon as the helo touched the ground , it stopped the flight even tho the engine and everything was still on

Out of interest as we try to nail this, was it a heavy, firm or smooth touchdown?

Apologies if the following question has already been asked and/or answered but: will this helicopter be available for purchase from the MSFS in-sim marketplace in future?

We have tried, are trying and hoping to get an answer but things seem to move very slowly for helicopters getting into the Marketplace.

hard to say because the flight stopped so quickly but im pretty sure that would have been considered between smooth and firm ?

Good to know, we think that may be part of it… registering a landing within 2020. I am one who has never had it happen…so strange !

Thank you for this perfect “Goldfish Bubble”! I had meanwhile a few flights and it feels realy near to the7 th when I flew it real. I think the next time I only use 47G.

Thank you for your kind words

the weird part is that its the only add on that did it twice while the engine was still on , never had that before , i always need to turn off engine and batteries to get that microsoft end of flight screen (when it does work ) wonder what could be the cause

We continue the search and cause mate :frowning:

Took her out for a first spin over Brussels… she’s definitely a handful to fly. The 47G is a little more docile than the Ka-50 in DCS with all the automatic stabilizations disengaged (yeah, no computerized assistance here), but you definitely get that “broomstick on two fingers” feel, where the helicopter tries to get away in one direction or another.

At the end I tried to land in the football stadium but did the number one mistake for a helicopter approach: too little forward speed combined with too much vertical speed. Yup… this one simulates Vortex Ring States, alright.

Great job! FlyInside … not me!

A fun whirly bird to fly over photogrammetry cities and other highly detailed areas (and the rest of the World!).

Any news on this maybe coming to the marketplace or other stores?

So, here is a question. Since I got the e-mail in my mailbox since purchasing, will you guys be setting up auto-notifications of your customers whenever updates are released? That’s something I have come to expect when buying directly from developers.
