The PC-24 fuel consumption is significantly higher than the real world figures, see below.
Not exact science, tested with 15000 lbs aircraft weight in ISA conditions with zero wind and compared with AFM data for nearest SAT.
Cruise performance is otherwise very close.

Fly the PC-24 and compare with AFM Section 5 figures.
In the 2020 version, the current fuel flow (FF) logic for the PC-24 results in a total fuel burn roughly double the real-world specifications. During stable cruise at FL370\FL450, the aircraft is consuming approximately 800 lbs/hr} per engine (1,600 lbs/hr total), whereas Pilot Operating Handbook (POH) data suggests a total burn closer to 850 to 1,100 lbs/hr total for both engine in similar conditions.
I’ve found with SU4 the fuel flow is pretty accurate. Flying at mach 0.734 really pushed the boundary and rapidly increased fuel flow. Manufacturers recommendation is to fly 0.72/73 max, but long range cruise is 0.65 to 0.68. Nominal cruise 0.70.
It still seems to be on the high side by maybe 10-15% at high altitude (maybe even higher lower down) but it’s not 2x any more so I’m happy. But if the 2020 version still doesn’t have the 2x fuel burn fix they should get that.
please Asobo, do not consider this as fixed just because something was done on the 2024 version, kindly appreciate your attention to the 2020 version as well.
I sincerely hope they get that last 10-15% discrepancy too sometime in the next couple of updates, its such a wonderful aircraft otherwise. A little longer range would be great.
Seems after research, that the PC-24 fuel consumption is about 850-1100 lbs/hour depending on the range profile. 850-870 lbs/hour in long-range cruise, and 1075-1100 lbs/hour in high-speed cruise. So Asobo’s PC-24 consumption is effectively way too high.
Description of the issue: Extremely high fuel consumption on PC-24 leading to an average cruise time of 2-3 hours. In the main PFD screen the FF in lb/h is shown separately but in the center console it shows the combined FF. For eg. if for each engine is 800 lb/h, in the center console it will say 1600 lb/h and the estimated end of fuel is calculated based on this.
I have been flying the turboprop counterpart of PC-24 (PC-12) and it can stay in the air much longer than PC-24. I end up adding fuel mid air using the hotkey to finish my missions.

As you can see in the image, I have added the fuel twice (as add fuel only adds 25% of the fuel tank) for a 5 hour flight from LIMS to HELX and the fuel remaining is 1300 lb.
I managed to get a FF of roughly 1280lbs per hr at a cruise speed of M0.7 and FL410. Still significantly higher than its real world one… This a/c would require some in-air refuelling for anything larger than 1,500nm:(
This same issue with Steam. Was previously supposed to be fixed. I wonder if they revert to previous versions of the sim and then forget they need to fix the stuff they fixed earlier?
My first flight on this plane in career mode(medevac) i had a mission failed fuel exhaustion, didnt know this plane was taking 2x more fuel than it should
MS programmers if you know there is an issue please post it and if you need more specific info then say that… don’t just ignore until an overkill amount of info comes in.
It is pretty simple to figure out something is wrong. When you are in a mission say cargo and you it says you have enough fuel and you only have about half the fuel you need. If you do not double the fuel you will not even come close to making it.
