While trying to fix this I found some more steps to reproduce the issue and a workaround:
For the flickering to occur
- pilot’s head movement must be disabled
- the camera has to use default values (no change in position, zoom or tilt)
If the above is set the flickering appears on my AMD card when flying. Activating head movement or moving the default camera some pixels up or tilting it slightly the flashing disappears.
