Help for a brand new Flight Simmer! Purchasing MFS2020 on PC. What peripherals should I purchase? I’m dedicating 2022 to finally learn to fly, albeit on a PC.

I use my VKB Gladiator NXT and Thrustmaster TWCS most of the time. I also have some PFC, CPflight and ELITE hardware but that is really bulky and expensive. The VKB Gladiator NXT is a very good bang for your buck.

You will want to buy a joystick at the very least. One I have used is the Thrustmaster T-16000.
If you want to really get into it, though, and for an authentic experience in aircraft that use yokes instead of sticks, you should get a set of rudder pedals, a yoke, and throttle quadrant (Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo are fantastic.)

A good set of rudder pedals would be a good idea too.
