ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Pilatus PC 12 cargo has no cargo inside in career cargo missions

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue: Pilatus PC 12 ngx

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue? Yes. This issue has nothing to do with add-ons.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? -Every time.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Pick any medium cargo mission available for pc12
  2. Start the mission
  3. Check the mass and balance in the tablet (no cargo weight) and plane from inside (no cargo inside)

In free flight, you have 1 variant with cargo empty en another one with cargo loaded:

Do you have an option in career mode to select variants ?

If you select the cargo empty variant and you add cargo through the EFB, it is not displayed:

If you select the cargo loaded variant, by default the weight is zero:

So it seems cargo’s logic is different from the other aircraft and crates to be displayed or not is just based on the variant and not the weight.

it can’t be displayed, short of unloading the current aircraft model and loading a new one, because the version with visible cargo is a completely different model.

clearly the people in charge of having separate models for full and empty cargo variants were not talking to the Career Mode developers during the development cycle.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: PC-12 does not load cargo in Career Mode. No cargo visible on the 3D model, and the W&B tab in the EFB does not show any weight under cargo. The mission still completes fine, just the weight and 3D models are not there.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Every time I fly a Medium Cargo mission in Freelancer Mode (have not tried in Employee Mode)

  1. Load a career mode Freelancer cargo mission using the PC-12

  2. Observe lack of cargo boxes in the aircraft.

  3. Observe lack of cargo weight in the EFB.

Sorry, to say. I have this issue also for the pc12. And the fact that I can’t even check my engine in maintenance. I see these posts over and over again. Stemming back a year plus. I really don’t believe Msfs really cares about fixing any issues, they just want to keep adding content and not fixing what is already not working. This of course is an opinion based on the complaints and no fixes. And yes, I’ve tried the suggested work arounds, even reset career mode (which totally bites). But the answer you always get is it’s your console/pc there’s nothing wrong with the Sim.
