I get 100% often now. i think it’s the proper use of taxi lights during taxi and landing lights for takeoff and landing. try that.
Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?

Same problem at FL 290. After warning triggered, I descended to FL210 and had no further problem. Oxigen lever on since takeoff.

I have the same issue, and still broken after last update.
I have this issue. When flying the mission to unlock medium cargo missions in career mode using the PC-12, flying the designated flight plan (over 20k ft) causes oxygen/hypoxia to trigger, regardless of whether or not you activate the oxygen system using the lever on the right side of the cockpit.
I am using the PC version of the game with no mods, and it happens every time. I am using the Turtle Bay flight deck stick and throttle. I am not using developer mode.
Still broken, Asobo and Microsoft should be sued.
I have the same issue as well. The work around I found is to file VFR, FL180 with ATC and that should let you finish it. The mission steps were buggy but I was able to finish. From then on I just always file VFR and fly at FL180.
i mean it really doesn’t matter one way or another, but FL190 is completely safe too.
I even completed the introduction mission on FL198 because the STAR to Nice has a minimum of FL200 at one point and that way ATC didn’t nag about my altitude.
@Jummivana Any news about this bug ?
Until they track down the “bug” and fix it, a workaround would be to simply disable hypoxia in the PC12. No idea why they don’t just do this so that people can get on with flying the aircraft.
PC-24 pressurisation system is also broken but hypoxia isn’t enabled so nothing happens and no one cares.
Such an easy bug to squash, we don’t need to wait for a formal investigation. Just disable hypoxia.
