PDMG DC-6 Flap issue

I havnt flown in it awhile but…I was flying the DC-6 today and coming in for a landing I cant get the flaps to come down. Now they worked for take off…and Im going slow enough for them to operate speed 120 mph
This Happened 3 times today…and I know in the past they worked fine when I lower them.
What could I be doing wrong???

You need to activate the hydraulic system by taking it out of bypass. The AFE will do this for you if you run the in range checks. Read up on how the hydraulic system works.

The hydr. bypass is located right to the carburetor levers.

Are you sure they are not working or are you just looking at the flap gauge. Only ask as my flap gauge does not work but the flaps do 🤷🏻

this happens to me after each update of the sim.
Only solution uninstall/reinstall.

I checked outside too …No flap response
and end up crashing on landing

Why? IRL and in the sim you only have to increase the approach speed.
