Hey Simmers . Since the new update my computers performance has significantly dropped before the update i was pretty much running flawlessly .I am now hitting 100% on the cpu all the time ( before it was once in a while ) . and much longer .I had my first complete freeze of my computer today mid flight . I can no longer use nav log to select which part of the flight I want to do either . How can i go back and delete the update ?

This was a mandatory update as far as I know and probably cannot be removed. One suggestion I heard for anyone experiencing problems was a fresh install of the sim.
As @YohanNaz mentioned above, you cannot revert to any past builds. So your CPU is pegged at 100% all the time? That’s definitely not normal behavior, I would recommend filing a report with Zendesk while making sure to include as much relevant information as possible.
I have also been experiencing similar behavior the latest patch. My CPU is not always at 100%, but it does get pinned there every once in awhile and it causes a major slowdown. Never happened before.
I have noticed a similar performance hit as well after update. Before update my fps was in the 40s and 50s even in cities. Now on a cross country flight in the middle of nowhere my fps seems to be struggling to get to the mid 30s. I’ll have to check my cpu usage the next time I fly. Prior to the update I was amazed at how well the sim ran and how few issues I’ve had. I hope a fresh install isn’t the solution.

Not all the time . I might have exaggerated that a bit but before i might hit the 100 % for around 10 secs and the sim shutters a bit . Now it will stay at 100% for around a minute and do it more frequently . I am running 4 k in ultra on a 55 inch screen .
I have the same problem with the new update und I am really very disappointed. I was fully satisfied mit the simulation bevor that. In 4k-resolution and with sliders at top I have had always a smoth running of the game and with V-sync on FPS abouth 30. It was fully OK for me. I didn’t need a new patch. And now after the update I have a drop in FPS between 15 to 20 and the scenerie need more time to load. I hope the Asobo-Team can find a solution as soon as possible to bring my FPS back.

i got a big performance boost, but a320 is broken
