Performance drop

I’ve also noticed an increase in stuttering on SU11 but with a twist. I have a “test flight” where I take off from KDFW in the F/A 18 and go on a pre-determined route doing barrel rolls, steep dives down to ~400-800 ft, etc while doing mach 1. What’s different with SU11 is that right after I take off and do several deep dives it’s a stutterfest under 2000ft. But after pulling up to about 4-5000 ft allowing my fps to normalize eventually the stutters seem to improve to where after a few minutes they are gone! I can do mach 1 at 500ft around DFW smooth as butter (rolling cache is disabled)!

I have:
Ryzen 5900x, 32gig, RX 6800 w/16gig vram, 2x1TB M.2 NMVE running on Win 11 @4k with MSFS settings at all ultra and TLOD at 200.

In addition, it seems that with DX12, vram usage is very optimized and typically uses 14-15gig. FSR2 is wonderful and there is more detail with the ground terrain with less effort from my GPU. I have not yet tried DX11.
