Do today the performance of my sim seems poorer than usual. Normally I’m getting 35-45 fps at 4K

Ryzen 9 5900
32 GB Ram
Today though I’m getting 17-30 fps. I tried lowering my resolution down to 1440, and I tuned everything to be aimed at performance, but it isn’t making much different.
I took a screen shot of my live performance while in flight. As you can see I’m not maxed on anything. And I should be getting 60 fps with the current settings.
For reference I was flying from Copenhagen Denmark to Paris France in the CRJ900. And afterwards I was taking a shorter flight in the UK from EGHR Goodwind to EGML Damyns Hall Aerodrome in the RV-10. Any thoughts?
