Personally, I think MSFS 2020 gets better and better

After the update, things seems to be running just fine. VR seems a little smoother than the smooth it was before; and I think the resolution has improved slightly at the same settings. Also, with the “follow me” window in VR, I think window transitions are slightly smoother, and the VR pov seems to hold better.

Strange but I’m seeing the same thing. Stuttery over París but turning off multiplayer temporarily stopped that.

No stuttering over paris. Its better than before.

Also, just noticed G3000 airspeed tape in the Socata TBM 930 has overspeed indications in the modded G3000 version where it didn’t have it before. Nice.

What are you talking about with the “follow me” window in VR?

The “follow me” option is for when you are using VR before you hit ctrl+tab. If you pull up a view of the desktop window in plain 'ole VR, and next to the “X” to close the window is a button if you click with your controller is called “follow me.” That window now, as you move around the VR environment will not only “follow” you as you move around, say, the cliff house, but when you finally hit “Ctrl+Tab” it’ll bring that desktop window into the MSFS 2020 VR space with you

I agree with you. All this other stuff we are hearing has to be because of some other issue.

Don’t want to put a dampener on things.
Don’t blame you for making hay while the sun shines.
But your question begs another: Better at what?

Can you do the “follow me” using a mouse or do I have to use the VR controllers? How about when browsing on the desktop window in the cockpit?

I did not know that we could follow a window in the sim.
You can do it with the mouse, the controllers, or with the voice, by pointing with the glance the box “follow me”

No stuttering in Paris either but it runs extremely slow like London showing 16% cpu 80% gpu

I’ve already mentioned a few things I’ve noticed, such as smoother transitions between windows whilst in VR, overspeed tape on the modded G3000 whilst in cruise (or descent) that wasn’t there before . Also, it seems as though the clarity of the picture in VR is just a bit better than it was at the same settings prior. I was having an issue where my POV would begin to randomly change in VR before this update, and since the update, it’s only happened once and it was easily remedied by coming out of VR and back into VR. It just seems crisper. Remember high on the list was optimization for the most recent update and also Garmin device update. If you keep the sim at the same level and don’t gouge it, it’s indeed, methinks, getting better each update! . to be clear on just some things it’s been “better” at already at first glance since the update.
