July 2024 - Airbus A321neo PW, I hear this alarm repeatedly and finally tracked it down to speed setting versus actual speed. The indication shows on the speed indicator on the Captain’s Primary Flight Display (PFD). I find it is very difficult to get the speed slider set to the right position to maintain a speed setting at higher altitudes (say FL360). I suspect a similar problem occurs at lower speeds on approach to landings.
