In the last few days, with SU4, I have noticed that photogrammetry cities and areas are not loading correctly. The servers seem to be continuously working on loading, but specific areas never fully load, even though I have ultra settings enabled and my internet bandwidth is 800 Mbps.
Photogrammetry buildings continuously load and change as I fly a few hundred meters above them, and the same happens with photogrammetry trees. Since these loads do not occur as they did previously, but instead constantly update, the simulator experiences performance drops and stuttering.
Previously, I did not have this issue, but now it is present.

The servers that were removed were only for multiplayer sessions, and their removal would have no impact on photogrammetry. Users cannot choose which photogrammetric server to connect to in-game, though using a VPN can be used to indicate that one’s PC is at another geographic location, and so impacts which licensing & other servers MSFS connects to.
The photogrammetry buildings, as can be seen in the attached videos, are constantly changing and morphing. The whole phenomenon looks almost like a puzzle that is continuously being assembled. The level of detail of the buildings, as well as their textures, can clearly be seen constantly changing while flying.
This indicates either a server-side issue or a loading problem. My settings are on Ultra (TLOD200, OLOD200), and as I already mentioned, my bandwidth is 800 Mbps. It also makes no difference which server I use — I have tried all available servers and the problem occurs on every single one of them.
It is extremely annoying and very distracting. It completely ruins the experience when you are flying over cities or areas where the buildings are constantly changing in shape and detail.
On top of that, an even bigger problem is that this continuous morphing also affects performance, because it causes stuttering.
It is important to mention that Rolling Cache is enabled, and it does not help with the issue. Even if I fly over the same areas multiple times, the problem remains.
This was not happening before, so this is clearly a major issue that the development team needs to address as soon as possible.
For reference, this test was recorded while flying over the photogrammetry city of Munich in Germany.
I would also like to ask everyone to please watch the attached video and set the video quality (2k,4k) to the highest possible resolution in order to clearly see and properly observe the problem.
I keep PG off now as it is terrible.
Photogrametrees ruin the world below with their huge green blocks of non descript junk covering most of what should actually be there.
Also i recon tree coverage in 2020 was much better than what we have on 24, it mostly looks either covered in Photogrametrees or with patchy clumps of tree models making the environment look like its had a bad Turkish hair transplant.
