  1. You need to enable 3rd Person View in the Developer Options and after that it is the same button where you switch from cockpit view to exterior view in the plane
  2. You open photo mode with Ctrl+V and take the photo with spacebar

For what it’s worth, it’s Shift+V for me, I don’t think I changed it ever?
