To remove this Built in Delay in all planes, under flightmodel.cfg [AIRPLANE_GEOMETRY] Section, add the line " controls_reactivity_scalar = 20 "

That’s great news, but these are two differnt things IMO.
The FDM aerodynamic loads increase with increasing aircraft speed, but the joystick reactivity depends on the speed of the stick deflection.
