Brief description of the issue:
When utilizing reverse thrust in flight OR at a high airspeed on ground NP RPM decreases briefly before rapidly increasing as high as 4300 rpm.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Tried in air at various airspeed and on ground at various airspeed in amphib version. Airspeed seems to correlate to maximum RPM reached.
