If you buy sunglasses from a sunglasses kiosk (a small third party vendor) at the mall (a marketplace), and a screw falls out, do you take your sunglasses to mall management? Call mall corporate? Or do you go back to the kiosk and ask them to fix it or replace the sunglasses?
The only reason to go to the MS Marketplace on this is for a refund or to lodge a complaint about the vendor. Go get your money back if you don’t want this fixed. But if you want a working plane, you need to go to the vendor. Indiafoxtecho is easy to get ahold of. I messaged them and they responded quickly.
This aircraft does work for others though. Wouldn’t be surprised if this is a Flight Simulator issue instead of a third party add-on issue. I half expect my add-ons to break on every update.
