Pixelated Clouds - Blurry Cockpit

I’m currently running an RTX 2060 with a Reverb G2. I have never really had a big problem with MSFS, but I took a few months off and when I got back to it, I updated drivers, MSFS, etc. Since then I’ve been having problems with VR.

The problem I am running into is the clouds are pixelated and grainy. My cockpit is close to unreadable and I get jaggy edges, even on the main menu. I have tried default settings in NVDIA, all low settings in MSFS. I have cleared the community folder and disabled OpenXR Toolkit. Nothing changes.

I’ve poked around looking for answers, but most solutions are from 1 or 2 years ago.

Is there a current thread that I am missing, or are others experiencing the same problem? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Randy

You know, I have the exact same problem, but I didn’t have the issue as bad as it is now. I run an RTX 3090ti and I tried different settings but nothing seems to help. I also have the same problem with the “blurred cockpit” as well and I have no idea how that started. Maybe an Nvidia setting? I don’t think is a driver issue. If you find an answer please share. As a matter of fact I started noticing an “aura” , sort of like a soft light, around the edge of the aircraft and the wheels look terrible.

I’m still struggling with this. I was using DX11 and switched back to DX10. The graphics are much better, but nowhere close to looking great like it used to. The problem with DX10 is I have to lower all of my graphics settings otherwise the FPS is so low I keep getting shuttering effects, or whatever it’s called.

Bottom-line is it’s working well enough I can at least have some fun with it. I’m hoping the next update provides some relief.
