Pixelplanes Piper Saratoga "Not available", MSFS 2024

Because I flew one IRL, I decided to purchase the Pixelplanes Piper Saratoga, knowing that it wasn’t the world’s most complex and complete aircraft. Right from the start I had marketplace issues:

  1. First off, I got the following message:

  1. In spite of this message, my PayPal account WAS actually debited and the Simverse coins actually showed in my wallet

  1. As I kept on trying, I then got thise message:

  1. At this point I contacted support. They kindly at least completed the purchase for me. When I then tried using the aircraft, i got this message:

  1. Apparently they gave me the wrong DLC so fixed that. Tried again and then got this:

  1. I actually can fly the 2020 version but rather poorly. But obviously I purchased the 2024 version so that is what I require. After the usual things that support suggested such as restarting (duh!) and reinstalling, this is still the situation. And now for three days things have gone completely silent from support, in spite me posting a few messages asking for an update.
  2. Note that this is the only Saratoga content showing up in the Streamed content folder: looks like the 2020 version only.

  1. On my own I have disabled the 2020 version (no change), deleted the Saratoga from the Streamed content folder and restarted (no change), completely deleted the Streamed content folder (no change)

So my question(s) to the group: has anybody else seen anything like this and do you have any suggestions to resolve the issue. Note that this has been my first marketplace purchase, other than the “free” purchases of the freebies, which all went flawlessly.

Personal Comments and Observations - this is not a Technical Support Response

The cross-sim provisioning from 2020 to 2024 (or vice-versa) takes a few days. Reach out again to Zendesk and tell them you think you haven’t been provisioned correctly in 2024.
