I think LNM is pretty bomb proof. Used it with P3D as well and it did not cause issues there either (unlike some addons).
Would recommend using Addons Linker to manage your community folder if you are not already. It has a tool you can run to check for addon filename conflicts which I believe can be a cause of CTDs. MSFS Addons Linker » Microsoft Flight Simulator
