Similar CTDs for me. CTDs about 5 miles out on approach. Frustrating. But then deleted liveries from the community folder and the problem was solved. It seems that 5 miles out on approach the destination airport spawns ai aircraft at the airport and crashes when the community folder has ai liveries installed. Not sure its just UA liveries. Could be more.
