Hi, I recently bought the Synaptic A220 from the MSFS2024 marketplace, this is the first and only thing I’ve ever bought from the marketplace, and I was having some performance problems with it in 2024 so I wanted to see how it worked in 2020. I went to the marketplace in MSFS2020 to download it, and it says I don’t own it, even though when I bought it in 2024 it said it would be available in 2020, and the msfs2020 version of the plane shows up in the “My Library” section of 2024, so why can’t I access it in 2020?
It may just take time to transfer to the other platform - not sure since I only own the 2020 sim.
After making this post I restarted FS24 and checked it, then I went back in to FS20 and now it says I own it. Gotta love microsoft
