As soon as I apply full throttle on the runway (I have tried this in both C172 and C152) the plane swings massively to the right, I know that with single piston aircraft this is supposed to happen somewhat but I don’t think to this extent where it is tipping over and impossible to takeoff? Does anyone else experience or have any tips.

If you haven’t already, I’d look at turning on a couple of the control assists. I know there are a couple of autorudder modes, perhaps one of those could be helpful.
