All steerable nosewheels deflect according to rudder movement.
If you touch down with a lot of rudder input it is essential to straighten out (neutralize rudder input) before the nosewheel touches the runway, otherwise you will experience exactly the problems you are describing.
Since the rudder deflection and steering ration are fixed I don’t think that the sim calculates a new neutral point when landing with deflected rudder/steering.
Looks more like normal weathervaning to me.
