Polite request - Can you please have a quick check of the ‘Known Issues’ and ‘FAQ’, and thereafter a cursory check of existing posts for the issue you believe you have identified before blindly posting.

There are countless posts that appear repeatedly everyday for issues that have already been covered via one of these resources. Quite often you will find there are already recommended actions you can take to address the issue you are facing.

FAQ - this can be found via the ZenDesk link at the top of the forum.

There are plenty of users here willing to assist and help you trouble-shoot problems, but please attempt to help yourself first.
