my ground textures or Bing data don’t seem to be loading properly. The first thing I checked was the settings in MSFS, and I can confirm that photogrammetry and Bing data are switched on. I also did a speed test on my internet, which showed I’m getting about 300 Mbps download. My TLOD is set to 150. I’ve also cleared the rolling cache, which was already switched off. Any solutions to solve this problem would be helpful!

It sounds like the servers are already back up now. I’ve had this issue for multiple days, so I don’t think it’s related to server problems.
Is it possible to submit this particular photogrammetry issue to Asobo or MS, or whomever can correct the issue? All of my settings are spot on, connection good, etc. London looks great, for London. It’s been a while since I’ve had the time to fly but to my surprise, my neighborhood still looks like it was flattened by an A-bomb.
I even created a custom manual cache of the area and although the photogrammetry looks good in the MSFS image map, the area is still non-existent. Top image MSFS 2020, middle Bing maps, bottom is my manual cache.

Hey all, for those who’ve recently posted (and I am no Asobo/MSFS expert, per se) – but the photogrammetry issues we’ve all mentioned or complained about (this was my original thread back in 2020), it’s not going to get improved in MSFS2020. I don’t think the technology is there, unfortunately.
Now to those who have had “normal” PG and then recently it looks like trash, the only logical assumption I can say is that has more to do with MS’s servers/bandwidth issues than anything else.
TL;DR – the only way to improve terrain while flying is to increase your LOD (manually in the config file or via the GUI in settings) and that still won’t improve some/most of the PG melted buildings. It’s just what it is.
Here’s to hoping MSFS 2024 is much better with this and half the world no longer looks like an atari game. 
Hey folks, how is photogrammetry looking for you aviators at the moment? London is loading scenery underneath my aircraft in patches or sections. It’s looking very jarring. Didn’t they improve London and the UK in one of the updates? A couple of weeks back it was fine.
It’s very hit or miss I’ve got to say. Does it come down to how efficiently Asobo’s servers are running at any point in time?
I give up, nothing works.
