Having grown up near the RAF base and watched countless media stories based on the base both nationally and internationally to do with troops in Iraq and such, I find it shocking that the ATC is pronouncing Lyneham like it is “Lynaham”
Instead of what it should be “Lineham” the Approach covers the low alt south west of the UK so its not a small base you hardly use if you fly low level over the UK.

I’ve noticed some English towns and cities are put in differently in ATC so they sound correct like Gloster [sic] which of course should be Gloucester. I’m sure therefore they can do this.
You won’t get anywhere on these forums though, send Zendesk a bug report and perhaps suggest a better way which the text to speach can pick up.

I don’t know if you meant that ‘GLOSTER’ has been put in the sim this way so that the text to speech, pronounces it correctly, but this seems to be the correct form in real life too.
