that’s simply not true
while Boeing owns the IP on its documents instruction on how to use a piece of equipment is not exclusive. Otherwise no one could ever be instructed on it, nor could youtubers instruct or any of these simulators you can visit.
producing a document instructing how yo use your software product is NOT infringing as long as you dont use any of boeing material , so a company producers a replica of airplane with permission but cant teach others how to use it? this just feels like an excuse
