That and not renaming to something obvious. The default names can end up being too similar so lead to duplicates & confusion.
Also the initial default profile is probably fs2024 profile. Which can also lead to confusion.

My Airplane KB Profile 1/My Helicopter KB Profile 1
Third aircraft specific profile - none
HOTAS CONTROLS
My General HOTAS Profile 1
My Airplane HOTAS Profile 1/My Helicopter HOTAS Profile 1
Third aircraft specific profile - none
I applied the Airplane profile to all aircraft, and same for the Helicopter profile to all helicopters.
The General KB one just contains all the mappings listed with a general tag so I set up all my custom camera views in there and deleting duplicate keybinds before making it default and applying to all aircraft.
Seems to work.
