Also, it’s pretty nonsensical to bring up something from 2002. The level of complexity at that time was absolutely incomparable to what we have now and the FS200X series of sims was more akin to a series of iterative expansions than actual new sims.
You’re comparing apples to escalators, and it doesn’t have any more merit than arguing that products from that age had fewer issues than products from today do. Of course they did. They were hundredfold less complex and had to run on a much narrower variety of hardware.
Having to go all the way back to early 2002 (a whopping 20 years ago) to find an example convenient to your argument does nothing else than proving mine. The fact that you don’t enjoy my points doesn’t make them any less correct.
Incidentally, discussing your points doesn’t mean “forcing my opinion” on you any more than you’re trying to do by (trying to) countering mine. You may want to take discussion a bit less personally. And this is the last I’ll engage with you on this, considering that you’re dropping the debate down to the personal level, and I’d rather not be dragged beyond the borders of what the mods will allow.
