PMDG 737 Discussion (Xbox Series S|X version)

Thank you, it’s really back to normal

I have already looked on this page but can’t seem to see the release notes for 4.0.67 which was released last night.

Not up to date

Mmmm, thought I did that. Will check!

Would be great if future releases could include the notes with the product to view on the Marketplace’s product page :folded_hands:

Very good performance since last night’s update for me. I would say it’s on par with the 777 now. I don’t get the stutters any more when panning quickly around the cockpit and when the aircraft is changing heading.

Hi everyone, I tested flying with PMDG this weekend (I was complaining about the LOD and freezes on approach). I tested it on third-party scenery at SBSP and SBRJ, and it ran perfectly. After this last update, it improved. Thanks PMDG.

I can get a repeatable WASM crash on the 737;after the 4.0.73 update tonight. Every time I turn on the weather radar, the screens go red. I’ve tried reinstalling the aircraft and it still happens. Hopefully someone else can confirm the issue.

I’ve now tried 10 times, and every time I press the WXR button, I get an instant wasm crash.

This only happens when the ground power is connected too. If I turn the WXR on, I then get a wasm crash when the ground power is turned on.l

Just got the new PMDG 737-800 update and it’s back to being awful — constant stutters. How does an update actually make things worse? It was running great before this patch. Time to go back to my old friend, the A320 V2.

I can confirm this too! Never had a WASM crash with the 737 until now and as soon as you hit the wxr button instant WASM crash.

The discrepancy beteween xbox fs20 and xbox fs24 pmdg liveries variety is so frustrating for me as fs20 player… :person_facepalming: PMDG… you did great planes for us, but this livery case made huge stink among your console customers.

I submitted a ticket to PMDG and a fix is being tested and it’s a known issue.

I just want to take the time to say thank you to PMDG for the speedy fix for the WASM crash when turning on the wether radar. Works just perfectly now.

Indeed, thanks to Microsoft for handling this speedily!
