PMDG dc6 engine(s) overstressed/burning-out

at T/O, attain 160 kts ASAP while maintaining less than 400 fpm climb. It helps to adjust rate of climb before T/O. Your AFE should report Flaps Up, METO set and Climb Settings set in succession. If your air speed is too low, those 3 events will not happen and your engines will fail.

Make sure you service your engines and fluids before flight.
