I just did a quick circuit and looks ok.
Do you have WU Xiii installed? In world map, you should see Sand Island Structures, Midway Atoll poi.
This poi is new as of wuxiii.
Having to redo your settings is not not normal.
Xbox app is installed, running and logged in to, correct?
