I set everything to Hard/True to Life as a base, then I only turn the Taxi Ribbon assistance on.
This is because only I fly the A320 exclusively, and assistance actually “fights” against the flight computers actually trying to kill me when it’s on. So I keep them off so the flight computers can do their job properly and I get to fly the A320 the right way.
