When loading in or flying around Schiphol/ EHAM, there is this heavy scenery you can see when the sim zooms in when starting a free flight. See the black rectangle, this is the scenery that causes the stutters when looking that way.

OP can replicate. Before CU14 I was able to, after CU14 I don’t see that black rectangle. Maybe need to perform additional tests.
