Are you guys noticing really bad photogrammetry and resolution in general over Brazil after SU16?
Yes, I’ve been noting that even since before SU16 Tbh.
In addition to the problem already mentioned on the Rio-Niterói Bridge, there’s a new one: The lights on the buildings in downtown Rio de Janeiro go out after the SU4.
There’s also a bug at the Ternium port in the far west of the city, where only the lights are visible, without the port structure.
Unfortunately, I don’t have permission to post the images, but you can see the problems I’m referring to in the game.

I’ll admit to my complete lack of knowledge of the Rio area, but flying around it at night I’m seeing a lot of lights. Each place I took a screenshot at night, I also changed the time to daylight so I could see if the dark areas were something other than water, open ground, etc. But in each case of my flight, all the dark areas could be explained, and I was seeing lit buildings including the high rise buildings.
If you can see about where I am in the various screenshots, could you give me a better idea where to look for the problem so I can try to duplicate it?
