After you pop out a panel (to display on a different monitor), not all panels display a formal Windiws Title, appearing in the Title top bar of the Wondow. The only two I consistently see are ATC and VFR MAP. other windows should also be appropriately and uniquely named so that third part software can distinctly identify the window, for purposes of window resizing, opening and closing, etc. this was the default naming within FSX.
