Pop out window contents not displaying fully in popout frame

This is not about how to make a pop out fill the whole screen i.e. Alt Enter

Pop out windows of PFD,MFD and MCDU. I’m not sure if this had been raised here or not but the collective brains trust may be able to help. Bare with me in this long post.

I have two screens in an extended desktop format in W11. The main UHD 3840x2160 screen and a small MCDU screen at 640×480 which is for the MCDU popout of the Airbus A320. Initially I was able to get a popout of the MCDU with the correct aspect ratio and MORE IMPORTANTLY the image the full size of the popout. This then is dragged over to the extended desktop screen of the small MCDU. ALT Enter and the popout is at full screen at 640x480 with the text lined up with each soft button of the external MCDU.

OK, now the problem, the display of the MCDU in the popout no longer fills the window’s frame as it did before. It is very small up in the top left hand corner. As a result, when you drag it to the small MCDU screen the popout window frame fills the screen after ALT enter BUT the contents remains small in the top left hand corner obviously making it useless as it does not line up with the hardware soft buttons on the external MCDU.

Any advice would be appreciated.

SOLVED - sort of
I found that when you pop out the MCDU, before you drag the pop out to the small monitor you have to resize the window to make the image fill that window which is much larger than the pop out itself. Once this is done, you drag the bigger MCDU pop out to the small display and go full screen ALT Enter and the image fills the small screen correctly not squashed up in the top left hand corner as before.
