Not sure if this is the right forum area so apologies if I have it wrong. I am seeing this just over Saanich Victoria on the way to Vict international A/port. Anyone else seing this or is something on my system?
If you have your rolling cache enabled, disable it and make another test, sometimes it can clear out some terrain issues.
If issue persists, there is an existing bug report for many elevation issues in that area, feel free to contribute there:

Similar Bug at 335 degrees m and 12NM of CYYJ the following:-
Where a lake ot whatever is sticking out of the surrounding terrain.
This is the same screenshot than in your 1st post, maybe you wanted to report another place ?

I just did the cache deletion and issue remains so it is a bug.
