I’ve been using Logitech G flight switch panel and multi-panel, quite successfully I might add. Installed update 12 yesterday. After that, panels appear to be working until the aircraft loads for my selected flight, THEN the panels go dead! I had no problem with these before the update.
There’s nothing for this aircraft in the Community folder.
ALL SUGGESTIONS WELCOME!
No issues with mine, but have seen similar posts reporting the same as you since SU12.

May want to uninstall / re-install the plugin.
Thanks for the suggestions! I used the flight panels test programs you linked above; they’re showing everything working between the computer and the panels. Re-installing the plugin is the next logical move.

Bad news, team! Logitech no longer has software for these panels available for download … at least none that I can find after an hour’s search. If anyone finds it and can forward a link, THANKS!!!
I had a similar problem ands I found a solution, at least in my case, but if you look at the tread I started it may help. I see someone posted the link here.
Found the download! Strangely-built web page confused me. My wife says I’m easy to confuse these days!
Will update tomorrow and test. It’s getting late here.

Problem appears to be resolved with a flight panel software reload. I’m assuming the most-recent FS update disrupted the old installation, but that’s just my assumption based on the timing of the update and the flight panel failure. Thanks to all for your suggestions and help!!!

Sometimes updates wipe essential lines from the exe.xml file. In that case msfs doesn’t auto-start the apps anymore. Re-installing solves the issue.
I ran into this issue after Christmas when I build a new computer. Could not figure it out all, ended up having to write a batch file to run after starting the sim…. My solution was Spad.Next which I picked up after upgrading to a honeycomb yoke from Saitek. now everything works amazingly and I have each aircraft setup differently to meet specific needs
