Same, I had 2,900+ hours and now been reset
This bug is also present on standard version , not only Sim Update 15 Beta.
Badge and time to next level are missing, while total time is still displayed correctly.
For me the bug went away when I left the SU15 Beta a few weeks ago.
After SU15 update my badge is missing.

Not a beta-member. This is in the actual release. I noticed it almost immediately after installing the new 1.37.18.0 update and looking around. As others have mentioned, once I enter the pilot profile, I can see my stats and achievements as usual. The logbook view is also working as normal. It’s just the pilot profile preview (pictured below) where the image is missing and the ‘hours until next level’ are stuck at 0. I have the Microsoft Store Deluxe version installed to a custom folder of my D: drive on a Windows 11 computer.

… actually it was a problem when I was in the SU15 Beta then OK again after I left the SU15 Beta a few weeks ago but is back since I installed SU15 yesterday.
I’d be interested to know if anyone is not seeing this issue now that we are all on v1.37.18.0, and if so, why? 
I have this issue after SU15. The total seems OK but badge and next level info is missing.
Yes this has happened to me too. Mine updated May 23 and now zero hours to next level. I hope someone can help.
I don’t believe there is anything we can do. It’s a bug that would need to be addressed by the developers.
The good news is, your hours will still continue to progress, and that is what ultimately matters.

Exact same for me since the official update.
My setup was showing another odd glitch, in that “real-time traffic” did not appear in the traffic options selection list. Only ‘Offline’ and ‘AI offline’. I decided to do a full uninstall and reinstall. This has thankfully restored my traffic options. But the missing profile avatar and the ‘0 hours’ glitch remains the same. In short, a full uninstall and reinstall does not resolve this problem.

Since su15 my next level in my pilot profile has gone back to zero. The logbook is still intact with 435hour but the level section says 406 hours and next level zero.
Does anyone know of a fix? Or about the issue?
