Not sure.
A while back MS/Asobo changed the location these files were stored in. All those folders used to be one level up, which meant when they made the change all these new folders got created, with new “state.cfg” files meaning all the Hobbes meter data got effectively wiped, unless you bothered to manually copy that data over.
It’s possible it is stored one level up, but I have my doubts. But it wouldn’t hurt to look.
As far as I know the folders only get created when you first fly the plane. If you have flown it at least once then it should be there. If it isn’t, then I have no idea why not.
