No, just leave the line the way it is, it’s fine.
On my installation, I found two Community folders. One matching the location of what my UserCfg.opt says, and the other in my Windows Roaming Profile. I just disregard the one that doesn’t match, it’s just one of those things that don’t get cleaned up in an install.
