Nice setup! I guess your co-pilot, hiding at the top-left corner of the pic, is camera-shy! ![]()
Lol, yes, camera shy and a lousy co-pilot.
Never does what I ask him to do…![]()
Your cockpit screams for a bigger monitor/tv.
But other than that, a nice clean setup.
Great to see you can use it for more than just an Airbus ![]()
new monitor is on the shopping list
Added some night lighting.
The panel itself reacts to ambient lighting - time of the day, location, weather etc and dimms acordingly. Also the gauges can be lit (or not) as shown in the photo. The texts are backlot too.
The flood light has several colours to choose from and follows the brightness of VC flood. The effect of dimming when starting the engines at night is really cool!
Been busy with a move and figured new house is as good as time as any to revamp the sim pit.

Stuff arriving at new house / build:
Just saw a notification another box of goodies has landed in Montreal from Switzerland. Hopefully have those early next week.
Is this with touch screen mostly everywhere ? Software instruments like in Air Manager ?
The 4 x Garmin Touch Controllers are all touch screens, running on Glassout. The pedestal panel is AirManager (plus vPilot at the top) and running on a touchscreen. Using a Stream Deck on the left sub-panel (below PFD).
The journey continues!
I just added a major upgrade to my home cockpit with hardware from WinCtrl. Successfully integrated and fully operational are:
- 2x RMP
- 1x TCAS
- 1x AGP
I also finally upgraded my monitors to a uniform standard. I am highly satisfied with the results, as it looks great and provides excellent visual alignment.
Now, the waiting game begins again. Next up on the list is the ACP and, of course, the Overhead Panel.
Best regards,
Markus
Very professional…
I bet it is a a wonderful way to fly. Congrats!!!
Who makes this hardware? I’ve never seen that throttle box before nor the FCU/EFIS/Display panel
Did you 3D Print the MIP background? If so, from which source?
Yes, I used the ones from makerworld. They are made for the bambulab printer bed that I have.
