If you are using one of the TV’s above in MSFS, then you may want to watch this video. I am using the C9 55" and now I understand what I am seeing (I think) when I am flying at night. The darkest darks in the night sky or on the ground have a very quick flicker to them. This may be based upon we can only get these TV’s up to 40-55 fps at 4K. Watch the video if you have one of these TVs. 
This is just an FYI. It’s not a deal breaker for me. It may just explain what I am seeing.
